“They had an allowance,” she said, emphasizing that her kids had to buy things with it or wait for gifts on special occasions.

“I’ve just watched over the years tech leaders interviewed about their parenting style,” she remarked.
Gates highlighted the disparity between their claims and actions, pointing out, “They spew all this stuff, and you think, something doesn’t add up here.”
