WWE will stage WrestleMania 39 (marketed as WrestleMania Goes Hollywood), the 39th annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view and live-streaming event. It will include competitors from the Raw and SmackDown brands of the promotion.
The two-night event is slated for April 1 and 2, 2023, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Interestingly enough, this was the original site of WrestleMania 37 before the COVID-19 epidemic forced its relocation. WrestleMania 39 will be the first to be staged in Greater Los Angeles since WrestleMania 21 and the sixth to be held in California (after 2, VII, XII, 2000, 21, and 31).
The date revealed
WWE revealed the date for the WrestleMania 39 Launch Party. In a tweet on August 2, WWE confirmed that the August 11 event, where fans had the first opportunity to purchase WrestleMania 39 tickets, which was hosted at SoFi Stadium. Jojo Siwa, Snoop Dogg, and Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias were all present.
The entry was free, and live ring matches, celebrity appearances, interviews with WWE Superstars, official WWE products, and more were to be featured at the WrestleMania Launch Party.
While supplies last, attendees got a commemorative WrestleMania souvenir ticket. The event provided fans with an exclusive opportunity to acquire WrestleMania tickets before they went on sale to the general public the next day.
The WrestleMania Launch Party included Snoop Dogg, JoJo Siwa, and Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, three of the biggest talents in the entertainment industry. In addition, Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Becky Lynch, The Miz, Maryse, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, The Usos, Theory, The Street Profits, Alexa Bliss, Carmella, Corey Graves, Dominik Mysterio, and Ricochet were set to attend that evening.
Highlight of the party
Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch began the evening by introducing Snoop Dogg, a Los Angeles legend. Before The Show of Shows came to the Dogg Father’s hometown, the EST and Big Time Becks awarded the WWE Hall of Famer with a one-of-a-kind WWE Title.
Later, JoJo Siwa would appear on a special edition of “Miz TV” with The Miz, but SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan joined Siwa and the WWE Universe in jeering The A-Lister as she left the ring. Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, a comedian, also contributed to the laughter by ruining a Kiss Cam moment for Los Lotharios.
Raquel Rodriquez, Theory, and The Street Profits earned victories during the night’s in-ring competition. Nikki A.S.H. attempted to bring down Rodriguez, but the towering Superstar’s might proved insurmountable.
Ricochet desired his own picture-perfect moment to begin his Road to WrestleMania, but Mr. Money in the Bank countered with an ATL to secure the victory. Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins concluded the evening with a hard-earned victory against Los Lotharios, leaving the SoFi Stadium audience eager for WrestleMania 39!
