The world has changed drastically over a short period, given the corona virus pandemic, and we can see the alterations to the standard roles of people in society by looking at parents homeschooling their kids.
The changes are so visible because the working parents and the stay-at-home ones are no different these days, and The Good Place actress, Kristen Bell, agrees with us.
Kristen Bell whispering to her daughter
As a working mom, Kristen never thought that she’d be spending so much time at home with her two children, who are also being home-schooled. The amount of effort and dedication required to do all the tasks by herself has made the actress appreciate stay-at-home mothers, going as far as to say that it’s “more than a full-time job.”
Now that the 39-year-old star is experiencing parenting at full-force, she is looking towards her husband, Dax, to help her out. Luckily, her partner is always ready to share the burden of raising two kids in these trying times.

Dax Shepard, the actor-director who is currently focusing on his podcast show, “Armchair Expert,” makes sure he has time for his family after spending hours on end, recording in the attic. He might not be available every day for the kids’ schooling, but whenever Kristen asks him to help out, he never says no.
This is another dilemma for the actress, who, at times, feels a bit nervous about asking her husband to do the housework when he is already busy with his own project. For her, it’s about knowing whether both partners are participating equally in keeping the environment stable and happy for the whole family.
Thankfully, Kristen and Dax’s co-parenting style is working for them. Both parents get to spend time with each other and their kids and dedicate some hours to their respective works as well.
According to the Veronica Mars star, it took proper planning and agreeing on certain things to finally realize a schedule that works for both of them. And part of this schedule involves, Dax thanking his wife for taking care of the kids, and home-that must be what keeps Kristen going.
Realizing how changed her life has become after working as a stay-at-home mother during the quarantine, Kristen says that the world is now recognizing the importance of full-time parents, who have been underappreciated until now. Further stating that this provides an opportunity for married couples to learn how to co-parent and deal with all kinds of situations.

And it’s not evergreen always for the mother of 7-year-old Lincoln and 5-year-old Delta-there are times when Kristen only wants to express her frustration, but her partner is always there to make her realize that she’s not alone in this situation.
The unique and effective co-parenting style is working for this couple and it seems they are not only becoming better parents but also, better partners by strengthening their relationship.
